    Workforce

    Our focus is centered on injury prevention, environmental preservation, and asset conservation. The company management ensures this policy is communicated and implemented to foster responsible behavior. All employees, contractors, and visitors have the authority to halt work if conditions pose imminent danger to personal or others’ safety, the environment, or the company’s assets. In such situations, they are required to immediately report to a supervisor and only resume work after corrective actions have been approved and any remaining risks are considered acceptable. This right to stop work, when used judiciously and in good faith, is fully supported by STAPEM Offshore Management without any fear of reprisal.

    Pro Global Consultancy places environmental concerns at the forefront of all its operations, with a concerted effort to reduce the company’s environmental footprint. To achieve this, the company ensures that both regulatory requirements and its own internal standards are met through regular environmental audits and the implementation of environmental management systems at all locations. In addition, we strive to meet regulatory and customer requirements for environmental protection and ensure transparent communication about our environmental performance and reporting to key stakeholders, including our employees and customers. We expect our suppliers to align with our code of conduct and uphold the same principles that we do. This includes but is not limited to, maintaining integrity in their operations, committing to responsible environmental practices, respecting labor laws, and demonstrating a strict aversion to any form of corruption or bribery. Suppliers are also expected to prioritize health and safety standards in line with our own commitments.
